It’s that time again to get together and share great hunting stories as well as good food and fun!

Cost-$40 per person. Advance registration required. Scroll to bottom of page for registration/payment. Youth under 18 are FREE (Cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee-NO REFUNDS AFTER January 25th.)
FUNDRAISERS:
- Raffle for $4,000 value Custom shotgun from Upland Gun Company. $100 per chance, only 100 tickets sold. 5 additional runner-up tickets will be drawn for $100 money back prizes.
5:00pm-doors open. Social Hour-Keg beer & cash bar- Great Conversation: Catch up with your fellow chapter members. Share hunting stories and talk about your upcoming training plans.
5:30pm-Annual Business Meeting: A brief report from each board member on what’s happening in the chapter will be provided, as well as a report from our delegate to the NAVHDA annual meeting.
6:15pm-Catered Buffet Dinner by Brookhall Event Center
In addition to the meeting, banquet and raffle fundraisers, we will also have chapter apparel for sale. Sweatshirts/Hoodies, T-shirts, hats, etc..
Per state statute, raffle sales are cash or check only. We will have the ability to take credit and debit cards for apparel sales, but prefer cash or check, as it saves us some bank fees.
