Handlers to Arrive by 6:45am for Judge’s meeting & test instructions
A Non-Vegetarian Lunch (Hot Dogs and/or Burgers, Chips, Snack) and bottled water will be provided to all Handlers, Guests & Volunteers.

Gun Dog & Utility: $250.00

Test Entry Applications will be taken through the NAVHDA Portal.
After submission, the test secretary will verify it is a valid entry and if there is capacity remaining in the test. Handlers/Owners will then be sent an online payment link to finalize test entry, or be given wait list options.
Refund Requests must be made in writing via email to the Test Secretary
- Refund less $30 handling fee if notice received by 07/01/2026
Refund less $30 handling fee if notice received between 07/02/2026 and 08/01/2026, and ONLY if test slot is filled from waiting list. - No refund for notices received after 08/02/2026.
- No refunds issued until AFTER the test dates.
