Refund Requests must be made in writing via email to the Test Secretary
- Refund less $30 handling fee if notice received by 6/5/2024.
- Refund less $30 handling fee if notice received between 6/6/2024 and 7/6/2023, and ONLY if test slot is filled from waiting list.
- No refund for notices received after 7/7/2023.
