Refund Requests must be made in writing via email to the Test Secretary
- Refund less $30 handling fee if notice received by 4/19/2023
- Refund less $30 handling fee if notice received between 4/20/2023 and 5/20/2023, and ONLY if test slot is filled from waiting list.
- No refund for notices received after 5/20/2023.
